WESTBROOK, Maine (AP)   Veterinary diagnostic technology firm Idexx Laboratories Inc. is planning an informational meeting with neighbors to discuss its proposed expansion.

Idexx plans to file soon with the city of Westbrook to expand its headquarters campus.

The Portland Press Herald reports that the proposal includes a building addition, parking lots, trails and stormwater management systems.

The informational session will be on Monday, Jan. 8.

Idexx Chief Human Resources Officer Giovani Twigge said the company has been around for 35 years and is looking forward to the “next chapter.”
