The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office says an individual who was taken to the county jail tested positive for COVID-19.

The 60-year-old was brought to the jail on Tuesday on charges of failure to give a correct name and disorderly conduct. There were also several warrants out for their arrest.

The inmate was tested upon arrival at the jail and the test came back positive. They’re being housed in a negative pressure cell in the jail’s medical unit.
