An HVAC technician in Kennebunk is likely warmer today after being locked on a roof late Christmas Eve night.

Kennebunk Fire Rescue reports employees locked up and left for the night, leaving the technician stranded on the roof.

They say they were able to rescue him with a fire truck ladder.

The also say their crews faced high call volumes in Kennebunk on Christmas Eve and relied on surrounding departments for help numerous times.
