A missing woman was found in the woods behind her home in Kennebunkport with severe hypothermia.

The Maine Warden Service says 65-year-old Hellen Baillie had taken her dog for a walk in the woods around 7 p.m. Wednesday. Someone located her dog a short time later, but Helen was nowhere to be found.

A game warden and K9 found Helen just after midnight on Thursday after getting GPS coordinates for her phone. She was found about 100 yards from her phone and over 500 yards from her house.

Wardens say she was shaking from the cold, disoriented and had difficulty speaking. She was taken to the hospital to be examined.
