Lewiston Police Continue to Investigate Fatal Hit-and-Run from December

LEWISTON, Maine (WGAN)  Lewiston Police are again asking for the public’s help in finding a driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run last year.

Police say in the early morning hours of Dec. 3, they got a report of a man lying in Pleasant Street near Mitchell and Foch Streets.

Police say before they arrived, the man, identified as 48-year-old Louie St. Pierre, was hit by a car.  He later died from his injuries.

Police are looking for any witnesses that may have seen the incident or for anyone with information to contact them.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective William Brochu at (207) 513-3001 extension 3308.
