Local game wardens, fire fighters rescue men after kayaks capsize

SABATTUS, Maine (AP) Maine game wardens say three men rescued when their kayaks capsized were showing signs of hypothermia.

Wardens and members of the Sabattus Fire Department pulled them from the water Tuesday afternoon after their kayaks capsized on Sabattus Pond.

The three ended up in the water when the winds picked up.

All were taken to a hospital.
