MAINE (WGAN)- Two Maine dairy farmers have resorted to dumping excess milk as the demand for the product drops. The Sun Journal reports Sunday River farms is dumping up to 250 gallons a week, as well as sending some more of their excess milk milk to local food pantries. Jami Badershall, the communications manager for the Maine Dairy Promotion Board and the Maine Dairy and Nutrition Council, said that the only other dairy farm she is aware of who is forced to dump milk is in Charlston, 30 minutes north of Bangor
