Some recounts in Maine’s legislative races wrapped up on Monday.

The Maine Secretary of State’s office says a recount in House District 96, which includes part of Lewiston, confirmed the election night result. The final tally showed Democratic incumbent Michel Lajoie narrowly beating Republican Kerryl Clement.

A recount in House District 98, which covers part of the Topsham and Bowdoin area, also confirmed the election night result, with Democrat Kilton Webb winning that race against Republican Guy Lebida by just 55 votes.

A recount for House District 81 has been rescheduled for Wednesday.

Recounts for House Districts 141 and 142 will take place Thursday.
