Maine journal looking for public’s environmental submissions

ORONO, Maine (AP) A conservation journal edited at the University of Maine is looking for submissions from the public about the state’s environment.

Spire: the Maine Journal of Conservation and Sustainability is looking for the submissions.

The online journal’s fifth issue is expected to be released in the spring.

The journal is edited by Clinton Spaulding, who says the editorial staff is hoping for diverse voices to “include voices from a diverse range of people throughout Maine and the Northeast” to join its mission to galvanize action for conservation and sustainability by promoting impactful, awareness-raising dialogue.”
