Maine Man Arrest for Reportedly Driving 152 mph in New Hampshire

A Maine man faces charges after police say he was driving nearly 100 mph over the speed limit in New Hampshire.

Effingham, New Hampshire, Police arrested 45-year-old Bryce Legere of Limerick after clocking him driving 152 on Route 25 Sunday evening.

Legere was booked into the Carroll County Department of Corrections on charges of Reckless Operation, Reckless Conduct with a deadly weapon, and Speeding 26+ MPH over the posted speed limit of 55 MPH or less.

He’s set to appear in the Ossipee District Court on November 26th.

Legere was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro at the time of his arrest. Route 25 is a two-lane road that runs through a wooded area near Effingham.
