Maine man charged with arson related to fire in Penobscot Nation

Maine fire investigators have arrested a man accused of setting a fire at a residence in the Penobscot Nation.

The Maine Fire Marshal’s Office says 31-year-old Joshua Francis is charged with arson in connection with the fire reported on August 16th. It happened on Olamon Lane, at a residence where Francis was living at the time.

He was arrested Tuesday in Bangor and taken to Penobscot County Jail.
