Maine voters can now request absentee ballots for the November election.
The Maine Secretary of State’s Office says voters can request ballots online or by contacting their town or city clerk.
Ballots will be mailed out starting 30 days before the general election on Nov. 3.
In-person absentee voting ends on Oct. 29, while absentee ballots need to be received by 8 p.m. on election night.
