Man Arrested After Evading Officers in Hancock County

Police arrested a man accused of stealing a truck and leading officers on a chase in Hancock County Sunday.

Our info partners at CBS 13 News report officers spotted a stolen truck, and began a pursuit into the town of Trenton. 21-year-old James Berube then fled the truck and ran into woods.

He was arrested later Sunday night after deputies shut down both lanes of Route 3 in Trenton. He’s being held at the Hancock County Jail.
