A man has been charged with manslaughter after a deadly crash in Somerset County last year.
According to the Morning Sentinel, Eric Tankerley was indicted on multiple charges last month, including two counts of manslaughter.
According to court documents, Tankerley was trying to pass a car on Route 201 in Caratunk when his truck hit the car, spinning it out of control.
The driver of the car, Jordan Merchant, and his passenger, Lindsey Walsh, were killed in the crash.
Tankerley was not hurt.
Police say he had been driving about 100 miles per hour and was intoxicated.
