The Southwest Harbor Fire Department says the front of the truck was resting on the low tide mud while the rear was on the dock.

The truck was successfully removed from the scene.

The fire department says Cody Seavey’s barge responded and crew lifted the truck onto the barge and transported it to the Manset Dock where it was loaded onto a DC Towing ramp truck.

The department says although it was slippery from the wet snowfall, all first responders went home safely
