Man hit and killed by vehicle in Turner

A man was killed in Turner on Monday night after getting by a vehicle on Route 4.

Police say 33-year-old Dillon Jordan was in the middle of the northbound lane on Route 4 in North Turner near Trask Road just before 7 p.m. Monday. Jordan, who was dearing dark clothing, was hit by a vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

That stretch of road has no street lights.

The crash remains under investigation.
