Two people including a teenager were taken into custody after police found fentanyl and cocaine at a home in Lewiston.

Police searched the home on Blake Street on Tuesday as part of an ongoing investigation into drugs and shots fired in the area.

Authorities seized the drugs during their search, leading to the arrests of 28-year-old Maslah Aliyow and a 17-year-old boy, who were both charged with drug trafficking.

Police said the teen was also involved in a recent shooting, but there were no details about which shooting or what other charges he could be facing.
