Massachusetts Man Arrested in Cumberland County for Homicide

A 20-year-old Massachusetts man is in the Cumberland County Jail on homicide charges after being located in Baldwin over the weekend.
Deputies say they were called to a welfare check on a man in a vehicle on Bridgton Road, where they found Jean Michael Warner Delgado, who was initially thought to be unconscious.
They say it was determined quickly that Delgado was a violent fugitive from Lawrence, Massachusetts, who was wanted for Homicide.
Delgado is currently in the Cumberland County Jail awaiting his return to Massachusetts.
He was located by deputies at 10:26 pm Saturday in a vehicle an address on Bridgton Road.
