Massachusetts man arrested in Maine on identity theft charges


Lisbon police say a Massachusetts man was arrested for identity theft on Thursday.

Lisbon police say an investigation revealed that 41-year-old Carlin Rigaud committed multiple instances of identity theft.

They say he’s facing charges for similar incidents in Topsham, Auburn and Freeport.

Details about the crimes were not released.

His charges include felony forgery, felony theft by deception and misuse of identification.
