The Portland Press Herald writes 28-year-old Cameron Soto was sentenced Monday in U.S. District Court in Portland.

Soto, who the judge described as a “professional drug dealer”, sold the fentanyl to 48-year-old Edward Rogers of St. George in March of 2017. Rogers died that evening.
