Motorcyclist Thrown From Bike in Monday Morning Accident

WINDHAM, Maine (WGAN) Two people were hospitalized after a crash involving a van and a motorcycle.

Our info partners at CBS 13 news report that the crash happened around 7:45 Monday morning on Route 302 in Windham.

Witnesses say a Dodge van was turning on to Route 302 at the same time a motorcyclist was riding by. The motorcycle, being driven by 46-year-old Sean LaChance of Naples, struck the van, which was being driven by 41-year-old Robyn Sirois of Windham. LaChance was thrown from the motorcycle.

Both were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. Police say the crash is under investigation and no charges are expected at this time.
