New Hampshire Driver Stopped by Spike Strips

Spike strips were used to stop a New Hampshire woman driving on the wrong side of the road Sunday.

New Hampshire State Police say 24-year-old Carley Tate, of Center Barnstead, was arrested after driving on the opposite side of I-93 in Manchester early Sunday morning. She faces reckless conduct and driving while intoxicated charges.

Police say Tate did not hit any vehicles during her drive.
