New Hampshire Man Seriously Injured in ATV Accident

Investigators believe a New Hampshire man had been drinking before he suffered life-threatening injuries in an ATV accident.

52-year-old Brian Leclerc of Exeter, New Hampshire was found unconscious Saturday night near the Epping-Exeter town line, according to New Hampshire Fish and Game.

The crash happened before 7 p.m. Saturday. Leclerc was taken to a local hospital.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 News, investigators say Leclerc was operating the ATV under the influence of alcohol and had not been wearing any protective gear.
