Pilot treated for minor injuries after plane flips on the runway in Brunswick

An 82-year-old pilot walked away with minor injuries after crashing an antique plane Thursday afternoon in Brunswick.

Police say the 1939 Kinner Sport-Wing flipped over when it touched down on the runway at the Brunswick Executive Airport.

The pilot, who’s from New Hampshire, was the only one in the plane and was treated for minor injuries.

The FAA is investigating the crash.
