Police arrest two persons of interest in West Paris shooting

WEST PARIS (WGAN) Two persons of interest in last month’s shooting in West Paris have been taken into custody.

The Sun Journal reports 39-year-old John Crouch III of West Paris was arrested Sunday afternoon in South Paris on a charge of attempted murder. 39-year-old Angelique Henderson of South Paris was also arrested that afternoon in Bethel. She faces a charge of criminal attempt.

Police said Vincent Coppin of Massachusetts called police the night of January 26th, saying he’d been shot in West Paris. He was flown to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston and was released a few days later.
