Police Ask for Public Help to Locate Missing Windsor Man

Killian Welch - Maine State Police


Maine State Police are asking for help finding 36-year-old Killian Welch of Windsor.

Officers say Welch was last seen in Windsor on Sunday around 9:30 p.m. where he left on foot.

Police did not say where in Windsor Welch was last seen or provide or provide any other details about Welch.
