Maine State Police say a Biddeford woman was found unresponsive behind the wheel of a car with a needle sticking out of her arm.

WGME-TV reports a trooper administered two doses of Narcan to revive the woman.

That happened Tuesday, after police say the woman drove her car into the guardrails along the South Portland exit of the Maine Turnpike.

The 33-year-old woman was not charged, and police say they’re not releasing her name at this time.
