Police investigate fatal collision with tractor-trailer in West Forks

A Madison man was killed when his vehicle struck a tractor-trailer in Somerset County Sunday night.

The Sheriff’s Office says 62-year-old Todd Bouchard was heading north on Route 201 in West Forks when he crossed the centerline around 7:50 p.m.

Bouchard struck the tractor-trailer and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the tractor-trailer, a 43-year-old Quebec man, was not hurt.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
