Police investigate fatal single-vehicle crash in Limington

A Hiram woman died after her vehicle went off the road and struck a tree in Limington on Thursday.

Maine State Police say 36-year-old Bobbie Goodwin was heading south on Sokokis Avenue just before 4 p.m. Thursday when she crossed the center line and went off the left-hand side of the road, striking a tree.

Goodwin died at the scene. She was the only occupant in the vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation.
