Deaths of 2 people in Milford ruled suicides

Maine State Police say the deaths of two people at a home in Milford were both suicides.

Penobscot County deputies responded to the home around 5 p.m. Wednesday for a well-being check and found the bodies of two people inside. The deaths were considered suspicious in the initial investigation.

The bodies were brought to the Medical Examiner’s Office where autopsies were conducted on Thursday. The manner of death for both people was ruled suicide.

Police say the individuals’ names will not be released given the manner of the deaths.
