Missing man with dementia in West Paris found safe

UPDATE: Maine State Police say Bies has been found safe.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man from West Paris who has dementia.

Maine State Police say 73-year-old Stephen Bies went missing from Stearns Hill Road.

He was last seen around 11:30 a.m. Monday wearing blue jeans, green muck boots, a green Columbia jacket and a black hat with orange pom-poms.

Stephen is 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
