BANGOR, Maine (AP) A Maine man facing manslaughter charges in a fatal all-terrain vehicle crash has been charged with violating bail conditions.

WABI-TV reports 21-year-old Parker Gardner, of Lincoln, pleaded not guilty Monday to violating bail and wreckless operation of an ATV. Police say surveillance video captured Gardner buying alcohol multiple times, which violated terms of bail.

Gardner is charged with multiple offenses, including manslaughter and driving under the influence in the May 2017 crash that killed 19-year-old Abigail Fiske, of Millinocket. Police say Fiske was a passenger on an ATV operated by Gardner.

A judge ordered Gardner held without bail. Hearings are scheduled for December.
