Police: Maine man with chain saw robs fast-food restaurant

WESTBROOK, Maine (AP) A Maine man is charged with robbing a fast-food restaurant while wielding chain saw.

Westbrook police say they were summoned Tuesday afternoon after receiving reports of someone with a chain saw inside a McDonald’s. Police said the assailant went behind the counter while revving the saw and took some food and a drink.

Police arrested 26-year-old Alice Sweet without incident and took him to a hospital for evaluation.
