Police: Man Grabbed Girl Getting Off Bus in Parsonsfield

PARSONSFIELD, Maine (WGAN)  Maine State Police say they are investigating after a man grabbed a girl as she was getting off a school bus in Parsonsfield.

Police say it happened Monday afternoon around 4:30 p.m.  Police say the 13-year-old was getting off the bus when the man grabbed her and tried to bring her behind a building.

The man is described as being between 5’7″ and 5’10” with a scruff beard.  He was reportedly wearing a light colored sweatshirt.

Anyone with information or who saw a man matching that description near the Kezar Falls Village Monday is asked to contact state police at (207) 657-3030.
