Police: Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Vehicle in Old Town

OLD TOWN, Maine (AP) Police in Maine say a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle.

Old Town police say crews responded to the scene where a man was reported hit by a plow truck Thursday evening. WABI-TV reports the driver was turning when a 24-year-old man was crossing the street and was hit.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene and his name has not been released.
