A Cape Elizabeth man is accused of shooting at a repossession agent who came to collect his car on Wednesday.

Police say 61-year-old Roger Dickinson fired at least one shot at a tow truck when it came to his home on Longfellow Drive.

A woman and a 4-month-old were in the truck, but no one was hurt.

Dickinson exited his home after about an hour before he was taken into custody and charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and attempted elevated aggravated assault.
