Police seize meth from vehicle of woman accused of stealing from Lincoln store

Police in Lincoln say drugs were found in the vehicle of a woman accused of stealing from a Marden’s.

Police said they located the truck leaving the store on Monday while responding to a report of a theft, and identified the driver as 39-year-old Casey Chase of Dover-Foxcroft.

Police pulled her over and found more than 20 grams of methamphetamine, cash, and materials used for drug trafficking inside her vehicle.

Chase faces several charges including theft, drug trafficking, and OUI.
