WESLEY, Maine (AP)   Officials in Maine say a woman is dead after she was pinned underneath her car after a crash.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Asia Wells died at the scene of the crash in Wesley on Sunday. Investigators say Wells, a resident of East Manchias, lost control of her vehicle on Route 192.

Investigators say the car flipped in the crash and Wells was partially ejected, resulting in her getting pinned.

Police say alcohol and speed do not appear to be a factor in the crash.
