Amid a rash of business closures caused by the pandemic, one popular Portland joint says it’s reopening.

According to the Bangor Daily News, the owner of Bull Feeney’s says the Irish-themed bar and restaurant will open it’s doors again.

Owner Doug Fuss says he can’t give an exact reopening date, with construction and rehiring still going on.

The Old Port establishment has been closed since March of 2020, prompting rumors that the closure was permanent.

Fuss opened Bull Feeney’s in 2001.
