Portland City Hall & City Buildings Closed On Thursday

PORTLAND, Maine (WGAN) Due to the impending storm expected to arrive tomorrow, City facilities will be closed for non-essential staff on Thursday, January 4. This means that City Hall will be closed for business on Thursday, January 4, as will other City facilities that provide non-essential city services.
