An international airport survey program has named the Portland International Jetport the best airport in North America for customer experience once again.
The Airport Council International’s Airport Service Quality program compared the Portland Jetport to other airports in the 2 to 5 million passenger category.
The program is a survey conducted at over 400 airports around the world.
The jetport won in the under 2 million passenger category in 2015, 2017, and 2018, then again when it moved into the 2-5 million passenger category in 2019.
