Portland police seek leads in 2017 death of man found in car

Police in Portland are asking for information about a Scarborough man who was found dead in his car nine years ago.

Bryan Garcia, who went by Kage, was found dead on Chadwick St. in Portland’s West End on Feb. 27 of 2017.

Police are asking anyone with information about the crime to give them a call at 207-874-8584 and leave a message on the department’s crime tip line.
