Sanford man accused of incest, gross sexual assault

A Sanford man is behind bars, accused of committing multiple sex crimes.

The U.S. Marshals Service says it has taken 27-year-old Cody Poole into custody on charges of incest and gross sexual assault.

According to CBS 13, the suspect was already on the Maine sex offender registry and was on probation for aggravated assault.

The Marshals Service says Poole was arrested without incident Tuesday afternoon.
