KINGFIELD, Maine (WGAN) A second person has died from injuries suffered in a crash in Kingfield on November 27th.

Police say 76-year-old Leroy Gordon of Farmington died on Friday. Gordon was driving on Route 27 when his vehicle lost traction, skidding into the northbound lane and getting hit by an oncoming tractor-trailer.

28-year-old Seth Gordon, who was a passenger, was killed instantly. Another passenger, 18-year-old Scott Kidder, was injured in the crash. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not hurt.

Deputies say that day’s snow storm was a likely factor in the crash, which is still under investigation.
