OLD TOWN, Maine (AP) Maine State Police detectives are investigating the shooting death of a man in Old Town and have interviewed the shooter.

The death of 42-year-old Derek Blyth on Saturday was ruled a homicide by the State Medical Examiner’s Office.

Officials said Monday that State Police detectives are investigating the circumstances that led to the shooting.

Police say the shooter has been identified and interviewed, but as of Monday morning, no charges had been filed.
