Missing Fort Kent man located after Silver Alert was issued

UPDATE: Police said Tuesday that Flagg was found safe. 

A Silver Alert was issued Monday for a Fort Kent man.

Maine State Police said 81-year-old Stanley Flagg was last seen Sunday morning around 9 a.m.

It’s believed that he wandered away on foot from a location near his home on Franklin School Road.

Police say Flagg suffers from cognitive issues and is visually impaired.

He’s a white male, 5′ 10″ weighing 165 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.

He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a dark gray or brown jacket.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact Fort Kent Police.
