Missing South Portland woman found safe


UPDATE: Police said Wednesday that Candace had been found safe. 

Police in South Portland have issued a Silver Alert for a missing woman.

35-year-old Candace Beaudoin was last seen on Monday leaving her residence on Sawyer Road.

Police say she was struggling with mental health issues.

She’s a white female, 5’02″, 140 lbs., with red hair and brown eyes. She has a back and ankle tattoo. She was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, shorts, black knee socks and blue tennis shoes.

She left the residence on foot heading in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
