Silver Alert issued for Turner man


The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for a 47-year-old Turner man.

Clarence Patten was last seen Wednesday evening walking into the woods near his home on Trask Road.

The Maine Dept. of Public Safety says Patten suffers from mental health issues.

He’s 6-2, 140 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.

It’s not known what he was last seen wearing.

Anyone with information on the man’s whereabouts is asked to contact police.
