State police have issued a Silver Alert for two Topsham women.

The alert was issued Wednesday for 51-year-old Kimberly Pushard and 50-year-old Angela Bussell. Police said the pair were seen Tuesday afternoon driving around the border of Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire apparently unable to find their way home to Topsham.

Police were in contact with the women on Tuesday night to try to give them directions, with no success.

Topsham police said the pair were last spotted at the Irving Gas Station on Route 6 in Springfield around 10 a.m. Wednesday. Police and Game Wardens were expected to check the area.

Authorities on Friday said the two women could be confusing Topsfield and Topsham, and may be trying to return home by way of the interstate or Route 1.

Their families say that both women have intellectual disabilities.

Pushard is a white female, 5’5”, 164lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Bussell is a white female, 5’8”, 213 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.

They were driving in a Red 2012 Jeep Compass with Maine registration 1960VC.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
