The Buxton Fire Department was called in and extinguished the fire in the area of 135 Groveville Road.

But Buxton Police say the state fire marshal’s office has an active investigation into the cause of the fire.

They’re asking anyone in the area with cameras or video footage from around that time to contact the Buxton Police Department and ask for Detective Shaw.
